Honor AnnMarie’s Legacy: Help Her Family
Donation protected
The family of AnnMarie Mears had to face the hardest week of their lives with grace, gratitude, resilience, and strength. AnnMarie dedicated the last 30 years of her life teaching nursery children at St. Augustine School. She would call her students "her children." AnnMarie wore many hats in her 30-year career as a teacher, such as a dear friend to many parents, a nurse to her students, a mentor to new teachers, and a dear friend to all teachers that have worked with her. AnnMarie helped and supported many families with their trials in life, both good and bad.
AnnMarie was part of many graduations at St. Augustine's School and was very proud of her students because not only did she walk beside her students, she walked in front of them to show them the way, she walked beside them as their teacher, and she walked behind them to give them that extra push to make good choices in their life and to follow their strong faith in God.
Yet, even after her passing, AnnMarie continued to give of herself as she donated two kidneys and a liver so others who may have lost hope can now live a good life.
AnnMarie leaves her husband, her three children, a daughter-in-law, two siblings, and her loving parents.
We are asking to come together as a community and support AnnMarie’s family.
