Help Anne Get To A Safer Place

Life has dealt me a few blows. I never thought I would be in a position to do something like this. As some of you know I have been dealing with Parkinson's disease in recent years and also persistent, brutal insomnia. For these reasons I have had some serious falls, visits to the emergency room, extensive dental work and a mountain of unexpected medical bills. At this point living on the top floor of a brownstone is untenable and I have to look for a new place to live that is safer and has an elevator. The cost of first and last month's rent, the moving bill, etc. seems overwhelming, especially since I need to pay down my credit cards (I put a lot of the medical and dental bills on them) so that landlord would be willing to rent to me. So I am reaching out to you--my friends--for help. Any donation you make will help me get to my goal of relocating to a safer, more appropriate home. I would be soooooo grateful for any donation you can make. I will also be selling stuff and downsizing--more on that later. Again, this is the only time in my life I plan to do this and I am grateful to all who can help.
