Please be kind enough to share this.

This is being added after the fact but I would like all to know that Im going to post progress pics and vids as she progresses so you can see what you are a part of. We are told by her surgeon that her best recovery window is open for about a year, so we got work to do and she SO wants to come home so she is pushing!
She had been losing the weight to get the knee replaced and the BMI figure was in the way. We never made it, this got in the mix and still she finds cause to laugh and giggle and play with me as we drive thru this with the lights off trusting to the Lord, I thank God for her every night before sleep, c'mon Lord, 44 more with her! Anyway, keep you posted. God bless

And now:

Hey folks, thanks for giving this a look. My name is Arthur Kelly or Bubba as Im better known. My wife is Anna.
On Feb. 17 my wife had a disc rupture and in short after 3 surgeries, numerous bolts, 3 less discs and 2 months in rehab she cannot walk nor control any bowel or bladder movements. To further complicate things her gall bladder gave up 3 days into the hospital stay, so now everything she eats causes painful gas that just will not leave.
Through it all she is remaining upbeat but like anyone has trouble coming to grips with this dramatic lifestyle change sometimes. We are Christians and have concluded that this was done to bring us closer to Jesus and we have come to terms with that, now going forward and facing the trials this will doubtless bring needs to happen regardless our desires otherwise.

My Girl is absolutely incredible with people, has done service to othrers her entire life and at 60 was forcefully retired due to a knee blowing out. At 66 she now is on Social Security as am I, her husband. I dropped my part time job to be here for her but now we cannot count on meeting our monthly obligations, not to mention appliances that are going to be needed like a battery for her Hoyer lift, bed rails, adjustable bed and so much more that she will require to make her comfortable and safe so she can concetrate on getting as much back as she can, while she can.
We will kill her sewing room (found a way to halve it) and put in the necessary tools she will need to continue in home physical and occupational therapy. She also must come up with her part of the $700K hospital bill which is $7000. $2300 for her part in the local hospital ER before the transport to San Antonio as well as $300 each to both ambulance rides, one while in SA. We suddenly find ourselves in dire need of SO very much and zero means to get there. Since she is still in rehab for another week or so we have no final tally for the rehab stint. I did get a bill after the first day there for just over $300 being her part but none since.
So here we are and folks I KNOW some of you passing by this will be put off by the meniton of our beliefs and I would that that offense did not occur but dont let that hamper your desire to help please, and I pray you find what we found. For the others who believe as we do please, at least a prayer for a sister in a place no one should find themselves in, but we thank God for finding us worthy of these tests and trials.
We live in the Texas hill country and love to be in it but that has come to a halt. Help me do my part to help my Angel walk again or even, maybe regain the dignity associated with bathroom duties.

Any amount will help.

May the day you build be a memorable one.

God bless
