Help Andrew live independently with cancer

Andrew is 56 and has recently been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. He has dedicated his life to caring others, having been a nurse for over 30 years, specialising in oncology as a research nurse for the last 14 years. His current rental property is unsuitable for him and we are trying to find him a place where he gets to maintain his independence for as long as possible. Most tenancies are now a minimum of 12 months, and we're hoping to crowd fund 6 months worth of rent to add to the pot so we can offer 12 months upfront and secure him a safe, cosy home. Andrew's son, Ben, and Ben's partner Hannah along with a great team of friends are working together to provide the support he needs, and this is our main hurdle. Any help you can give will be hugely appreciated by all of us.
