Help Andrew get his wheelchair accessories

Andrew's story..
"At the time I was working as a Armed Alarm Response Officer when on January 26, 2012 I had the stroke caused by high blood pressure from the stress of the job and high sugar count caused by diabetes leaving me permanently partially paralyzed in a wheel chair at the young age of 44."
"The chair is needed for going distances longer then 50 feet since I'm not able to walk long distances to get to medical appointments as well as other necessary functions."
"The accessories will allow me to be more stable upon transferring to the facilities with less chance of falling. It will lift me up about 12 inches."
The chair helps him to keep his independence so that he can continue to live in his home without daily assistance from others.
Andrew just got his new chair but it's a base model. He needs to put a few accessories to adapt it to his particular needs. This fundraiser is specifically to help him purchase the accessories, and have it professionally installed.
Any help at all is greatly appreciated. His small disability pension does not cover all of the parts he needs. This will greatly help him for his trips to the Dr. And also when he has to go food shopping.
