Help ANCCS by raising funds for a new building

Hello, my name is Manny Acuna, proud parent and Academic Policy Committee (APC) board member of the Alaska Native Cultural Charter School (ANCCS). ANCCS currently does not have a building they can call their own and is temporarily residing at Bettye Davis East High School. They desperately need a new building or risk going away forever. Please help us raise money to build a school the students and staff of ANCCS deserve.

 

This Fall season ANCCS is throwing 2 events that are all about Halloween. There will be a "Trunk or Treat" Saturday, Oct 30th 2021 from 11am to 1pm @ the Bettye Davis East High School parking lot. Bring your child in costume for a fun trick or treat twist outdoors visiting our decorated cars! Admission is $3.00 per child and any donations are welcome.

 

There will be an interactive yard Haunt, Sunday, Oct 31 2021 from 5pm to 9pm @ 4961 E 5th Ave Anchorage AK 99508. It's called "Aangaayuk (spirit of the dead in Yu'pik) Cemetary" and it's theme is all about spooky stories and legends from Alaska native culture. I went all out this year and there will be animatronics, lights, sounds, fog, actors and much more. Bring the whole family for entertainment, candy, great photo ops, and maybe a scare or two. Admission is free but any and all donations are welcomed. The display is a labor of love that I created so I hope to see you all there.

 

100% of all proceeds generated will support the building of a new facility for the Alaska Native Cultural Charter School.
