<div>I’m reaching out today with a deeply personal ask for someone who has been there for me through some of the hardest moments of my life.

<div>My lifelong friend has stood beside me through so many chapters. She cared for my children when they were little and even kept my two-year-old when my newborn was fighting in the NICU. She has always been the person who shows up when people need her most.
</div>

</div>
<div>She has dedicated her career to serving families as a behavioral therapist for children with autism—an incredibly demanding and often underpaid field. Day after day, she pours her heart into helping families navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and give their children the best chance to thrive. After years of selflessly supporting others, she was finally offered an incredible promotion—an opportunity where she could make an even bigger impact for the families she serves. She was supposed to start that new position this coming Monday.

<div>But everything changed this week.
</div>

</div>
<div>On Tuesday, March 10th, she went to the ER after experiencing numbness in her face. Doctors discovered a golf-ball sized tumor on her brain stem. She will undergo surgery on Monday in hopes of removing as much of the tumor as possible. What follows will likely be a long road of recovery including inpatient rehabilitation, radiation, and chemotherapy. Right now, there are still many unknowns about the impact the tumor may have caused and what her recovery will look like.

<div>Her husband is a 22-year military veteran who served our country through deployments overseas and in Korea. Together they have dedicated their lives to serving others—our country, their community, and the families she supports through her work.
</div>

<div>They also have three children—ages 17, 15, and 8—who are facing the unimaginable of watching their mom go through brain surgery and a long recovery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Just recently, they had closed on a new home, excited for the future and the new chapter ahead. With her new job now delayed and medical treatments ahead, the financial pressure is overwhelming.
</div>

</div>
<div>This fundraiser is to help support their family with medical deductibles, living expenses, meals, and emotional support resources for their children during the long road ahead.
</div>

<div>Many of you in my network know that I’ve spent countless hours helping people grow their businesses and navigate challenges in their lives, never expecting anything in return. Today, I’m simply asking that if I’ve ever made a difference for you, you consider helping me make a difference for someone who has made such a profound difference in mine.
