Help Amber fulfill her dream project.

Hello, my name is Amber. My family has gone through struggles since COVID-19. It all started when we lost our jobs in 2020 and then we fell behind on bills and lost our home. In the summer of 2021, we spent camping in a camper. That following winter, we slept in our car in the parking lot of our employer. In December of 2021, we came across this piece of property with a mobile home and put a down payment on it.

In March of 2022, we were on our way to work and we ran off the road and wrecked. While we were in recovery in a rehab facility, someone set the trailer on fire. The fire killed 16 puppies, my service dog, and my cat. We lost everything between moving around, the wreck, the fire, and someone breaking into our storage. It took us almost a year to return home and when we did, we almost lost the property due to having no income.

Last fall, it was brought to the county's attention we were living in a camper on the property. The county told us we had 6 months to figure it out. We came up with the idea to take a big cabin shed and convert it. Well, the county told us it was shy of some square feet, so we got a garden shed to add on to it for a bedroom. I am a crafter of everything, including designing and building. I want to film the project as I go, but I need a good camera to do it with. I have been a crafter all my life and this is the biggest project I have ever designed or done. Anything will help create my project. Thanks in advance.
