My sister Amber has always been the heart of our family, the one who steps up for everyone else in times of need. Now, we are facing one of the hardest moments of our lives as Amber has been diagnosed with Stage 3 endometrial cancer. She has worked tirelessly to secure health insurance here in the United States so she could receive the treatment she urgently needs, but despite every effort, it has been a fruitless and heartbreaking process. With time being critical, Amber now plans to travel to Mexico to receive the medical care she needs at a much lower cost without insurance.
