Hi everyone!

My name is Amaya Lawrence, and I’m a proud first-year freshman at Howard University. Back in high school, I had the privilege of serving in several leadership roles, from Student Body President to Historian of the National Honor Society. Now, I’m excited to take the next step in leadership here at Howard.

I am officially running for the Howard University Student Association Freshman Senator-At-Large position! This opportunity means so much to me because it allows me to not only represent my peers but also work toward creating positive change on Howard’s campus.

As part of the campaign process, we’ve been encouraged to build platforms of support, whether through reposts, kind words, or contributions toward campaign materials.
