Help Support Amar in His Battle Against Brain Cancer

My name is Vijetha, wife of Amaranath. Amar has always been a pillar of hope and positivity in our lives. He is the father of an 11-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son, and we come from a traditional middle-class family. In 2023, Amar was diagnosed with a grade 3 meningioma, a severe brain tumor. Since then, he has bravely undergone two extensive surgeries, each lasting nearly nine hours, followed by multiple rounds of therapies, radiation, and chemotherapy. Despite his determination and the exhausting treatment, the tumor began to regrow. In an attempt to fight back, Amar underwent radiosurgery and started immunotherapy. While he was showing signs of improvement, his condition suddenly worsened. He was hospitalized, and doctors informed us that his tumor is continuing to grow, and due to his weakened state, they can no longer provide further treatment.

As a family, we have been fighting alongside him every step of the way. Amar was the sole breadwinner of our family, and with him unable to work, we have been living without income for months. We've exhausted all our savings in hopes that the treatments here would help him recover, but unfortunately, that’s no longer possible.

We are now planning to return to India to be close to family during this incredibly difficult time and to explore any alternate treatment options that might be available.

We humbly turn to the community for support. Any donation, no matter how small, will help us with travel expenses, ongoing medical treatment, and securing a future for our children. This journey has been emotionally and financially draining, but with your generosity, we hope to give Amar the best chance possible and provide a sense of stability and hope for our family.
