Help Amanda and family focus on their new babe without worry

Hey! My name is Jess and I'm happily making this gofund me on behalf grandmother, Ida.

We would like to extend a helping hand towards my cousin while they take care of their new addition and bond as a family.

Amanda and her fiance Mike (along with their daughter Dawn) welcomed their second daughter Mika into the world via c-section on April 10th. She was tiny babe weighing a whole 5.6 pounds!

It was learned that Mika has a condition called imperforate anus.

In her case. . her anus is too small and it's in the wrong place so she can't pass all of the stool.

Both Amanda and Mika were transported by air to Vancouver children's hospital where they await surgery for the little one next week.

Whatever funds we raise will be used to make life easier for the family while they deal with surgery and healing after.

Life is very expensive these days, things like gas/lost work/food/medications ect add up very quickly.

Amanda has always been one of the most kind and compassionate people I know, her fiance Mike is a real gem himself. Hopefully we can help take a little stress off them. They deserve it.
