Help Amalia Get Her Top Surgery

Hi Friends & Family!

It's a wild time and I know all our feeds are flooded with super important causes deserving attention and financial support. We're going into year 2 of pandemic life and while resources to share may be limited, it is my hope today that you take a minute to assess what resources you have to share and if you can, help out our dear friend Amalia as she prepares to undergo additional medical procedures to continue her process of transition. Preparing for and recovering from surgery is an emotionally, physically and financially difficult process for all folks, and even more so for black, trans women in our current day society. Amalia has used up her savings in order to get through the last year so it is super important we show her support now so that she can undertake the next step in her journey: top surgery/breast implants. 

We kindly ask you today to please open your hearts and your wallets and donate what you can. Your donations will go directly to her medical expenses, pre and post op expenses, travel expenses, recovery expenses, etc. We all hope to be part of change in the direction of more love and equality in this world but it is hard to know where to start sometimes.
