Alyx is a young women who has battled through more hardship then any normal 13 year old girl, in just the first 7 years of her life alone, Alyx had undergone 11 surgeries. Through all of these hard times a courageous young girl stayed full of life and enthusiasm that can only be described as contagious. Following a crucial kidney surgery at the age of 7 Alyx was told that she could no longer play sports as they posed to much of a threat to her health, but even then she did not give up, as she was determined not to let anything hold her back. She insisted to be enrolled in a dance class and fell in love instantly, but it didn't come easy as she struggled to prove herself to both herself and the teachers. At age 10 she felt as thought she was fighting a helpless battle of set backs and she opted to get a fresh start in a new dance studio, soon after the love came back and the skills began to pile up. That Christmas all she asked for was a dance studio so she could work at her craft even outside of class. The years of being held back and disappointments were finally starting to dissipate, but it wasn't until last month when all the countless hours, numerous heartbreaks, and dedication finally payed off. Alyx had caught the eye of the dance studio owner and was invited to participate in the highest honor in the studio, she was invited to dance on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Liner in the summer of 2018.
