Thank you first and foremost for visiting my gofundme page!
I’ve worked in the arts for most of my professional career and have had a wide range of experiences, both on and offstage. Before quarantine I worked as a producer, on site specific theater, opera and traditional proscenium style theater.
In addition to producing, I’ve also studied/performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade in Los Angeles, and was able to complete both their improv and sketch comedy programs, via their diversity scholarship program and their work study program.
This quarantine, has allowed me to shift my attention to honing my skills as a generative artist.
In May I won a scholarship from the Impro Theater School and have been taken physical movement courses in Laban and Viewpoints.
In July I received a scholarship for an 8 week “TV writing for Actor’s” classes and am currently drafting my first pilot.
Outside of taking classes in quarantine, I have acted in five virtual theater shows, one of which was listed in the New York Times as “Top Ten List of Virtual Theater to Watch During Quarantine”.
Last September I was invited to take part in a self tape workshop with TV actor Eugene Cordero from The Good Place.
I am looking to further my studies and pursue an MFA in acting, so that I can hone my skills as an actor and develop my own artistic voice.
