Help ALS Patient with Medical Expenses

Donation protected
As most of you know I was recently diagnosed with ALS on August 29,2024. I’m at the fast progression stage! I do take Riluzole 25 mg twice a day! It’s supposed to prolong the symptoms (I feel like it’s doing just the opposite) but I’m not a doctor. The ALS association is a huge help but I need several items like now! Alexia’s, medical alert watch. Among other things. I have a phone appointment with Social Security on the 24th and I’m not sure if I can get Medicare I pray to God I do! My neurologist wants me to get a motorized scooter! My husband does work but it’s so hard to make ends meet! Even sharing helps! Thanks in advance! Love you all! Update: , my utilities are slightly behind. My husband has been missing several days of work because of my disease. So this puts a damper on paying our bills buying groceries and even gas for our car! Thank god for our close friends that have helped with school supplies clothes and shoes for Kev. Now that fall is near it’s going to be getting cold so we have to buy warmer clothes for him! I’ve had many sleepless nights laying awake crying uncontrollably because I’m stressing over all of this! Again thank you all for being here for us to even just vent to! God bless you all!
