<div>My name is Amanda, and I am the founder of ALLORA Health and Wellness, a community-centered space dedicated to supporting individuals during all cycles of change.

<div>At ALLORA, we embrace holistic wellness practices like movement, yoga, breathwork, meditation, reiki healing, and sound baths to create transformative experiences for growth and healing. These ancient modalities help us hold space for individuals to navigate life’s transitions with confidence, self-awareness, and balance.

<div>As a doula and Childbirth Educator, I also apply these principles to perinatal health, offering education, preparation, and compassionate care to empower individuals during one of life’s most significant transitions: pregnancy and birth. I believe that with the right support and resources, every individual can embrace change and find strength in the journey.

<div>I’m thrilled to share that starting in January 2025, ALLORA will be moving into its first physical space! This new home for ALLORA will allow us to expand our offerings and create a sanctuary where the community can come together to heal, grow, and connect.

<div>However, creating a welcoming and functional space comes with costs. From yoga mats and sound healing instruments to seating and educational materials, I am reaching out to ask for your support in bringing this vision to life. Your contributions will directly help purchase the supplies and materials needed to build a space that nurtures transformation and supports the well-being of everyone who walks through its doors.
