Hello,

My name is Allison Sampson, formerly known as Roberts/Barry.

My life as I know it was turned upside down on October 4, 2024, when I thought I was going in to do a normal cystic removal of a large mass on my pelvic area. However, what came after was not expected.

I cannot say or remember what or how I was feeling when the doctor called to say sorry that he had to deliver some bad news. He proceeded to say that the results of my cystic came back cancerous.

After several weeks of testing and talking with oncologists, I was finally diagnosed with stage four unknown cancer ♋️.

Before all this started, I was working on my MBA, working at my full-time job and I also had part-time job. I was trying to become financially secure and assist my child with college expenses. I love to work, and I also love to volunteer my time at my local church. However, now I am in a battle for my life. I can no longer work my part-time job or volunteer. I still manage to work my full-time job from home, while continuously utilizing sick and personal time or time off without pay. I’m constantly tired, weak and pain especially the week of and during my chemo treatments.

This is a struggle for my life in every way. It is Physically, emotionally and financially draining. The stack of my medical bills is increasing daily. It’s becoming extremely difficult for me to keep up with medical expenses etc.

So, to my family, my friends and anyone who can afford to support me in this struggle, I am humbly asking for your assistance during this difficult time. It is very unlike me to do this, therefore, please know that I am sincere in my request. Please help in any way you can, and even if you cannot help me financially, I ask that you please keep me in your prayers. I believe in God and his miraculous power. I know that he will see me through this. He is always good in ways I can only imagine and has never failed me yet. Thank you reading and may God bless you.
