 <strong>Last week, ALJ discovered a lump on Pilsner’s head. She took Pilsner in to the vet and learned the lump was cancerous.</strong> Right away, Alexandra scheduled surgery to remove the lump. The procedure went smoothly, but the next morning Alexandra woke up to Pilsner vomiting blood.

 It turned out Pilsner was experiencing a rare, life-threatening reaction to the anesthesia. Alexandra did what any pet owner would do: she made sure Pilsner received every bit of care needed to make it through, no matter the cost. After three ER visits, X-rays, meds, and a barrage of tests — Pilsner is finally starting to stabilize.
