Alicia and David Lewis have been an important part of my family's life for years. Alicia, our trusted babysitter, and her husband David are always there when we need them, caring for our children with kindness and dedication. Recently, their lives were turned upside down when a fire broke out in the townhome next to theirs. While their home was spared from the flames, the water used to put out the fire caused significant damage to their living space, leaving them with unexpected repairs and uncertainty right before the holidays.

 Despite the chaos, Alicia remained calm and resilient, ensuring my children were safe during a very frightening situation. Her quick thinking and steady presence made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful for her actions and for everyone's safety. Now, as Alicia and David face the challenge of repairing their home and trying to keep the spirit of Christmas alive for their family, I want to rally our community to support them as they have supported us.
