Help Ali with her illness and the fallout from it.

This past year has been one devastating diagnosis after another. I can no longer work as I did. 

I never, ever thought I would be here, butI have nowhere else to turn.

I was raised to work for your money. That makes this double tough. 

I am thoroughly humbled and sad to do this. 

mandatory I pray none ever has to go through this.  I am embarrassed beyond belief.
