My org owner and friend, Alex, has been through hell and back in this life and recently, <strong>his home and everything in it was taken by the California wildfires</strong>. He lost every single one of his belongings, other than the clothes on his back and the phone in his hands. He is a student at university that he put himself through with no help from anyone. He is a strong, resilient person, and he and thousands of others were forced to leave their entire lives behind to burn. Words cannot express the devastation I feel for the citizens that have lost their homes.
