Meagan was a wonderful spouse and mother to not only her own children but also many more! She was always one to bring love and laughter to a room! You could always hear her yelling love you more! If you ever needed a hand, words of advice, or just a boost she was always there!

Meagan Lynnette Herrington (Willard), 38, of Quinter, Kansas, passed away on April 3, 2025. Meagan was born in Seldovia, Alaska, on November 22, 1986. She graduated from Washington High School in 2005.

Meagan was united for life with Alex Raveling after they met through their close friend group. They were together for five years. She worked as a general manager for Alta Convenience for two years. She enjoyed spending time with her kids—whether taken in or by blood. She also thoroughly enjoyed cuddling up with Alex and watching true crime and football.

She was actively involved in everyone’s lives, making sure every holiday or special event was perfect for those around her. She was the tribe’s photographer, leaving behind a museum of photos and videos on her Facebook page. Meagan was loved by every single person she brought together. Her life continues through the love she gave so willingly to those around her.

Meagan is survived by her parents, Gretchen and Matthew Willard of Washington State; her spouse, Alex Raveling; her children, Chelsea Herrington, Jordyn Herrington, and Shane Matthew Herrington; her son-in-law, Joey Crnkovich of Quinter, Kansas; and many other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at her and Alex’s home on Saturday, April 12, at 2:30 p.m., located at 130 North Long St., Quinter, Kansas.
