Help Aldan and Belgica after Car Theft

Belgica is a high school teacher. Aldan is a school photographer saving up for nursing school. They recently moved to Houston, Tx.
The morning after Thanksgiving the couple was getting dressed for Belgica's grandma's funeral. Aldan went down to the car to grab his black slacks (they had done laundry the day before). As Aldan reached into the car, two armed men approached him from behind, demanded the keys, and drove off with their 2015 Toyota RAV4.
The car was valued at $15,000+ and inside the car was $1,000+ worth of items. Unfortunately, the couples car insurance will not be covering anything, regardless of what condition the car is in when it is returned.
The funds received will go towards recovering the items (many of which the couple needs for work) in the car and the down payment on another car.
