<div>My name is John, I'm writing on behalf of my mom’s uncle who is in critical condition in Sonora, Mexico. His name is Alberto Aguilera and he is battling severe heart failure, but that’s not all, he’s also facing serious kidney problems and retina damage that’s threatening his vision.

<div>Right now, he can’t walk, sleep, or function on his own. He’s confined to a wheelchair and relies on others to help him with everything.
