Hi everyone,

We are raising funds to support our good friend and community member A. who is going through a tough time.

A. has several chronic illnesses which have been worsened by four cases of COVID, contracted in an environment where they had no control over their exposure levels. They are immunocompromised and recently lost their job due to disability. They have been to the hospital three times this year, and Urgent Care more times than they can count.

One of the procedures A. needs can't move forward until they pay off previous medical bills, which they currently cannot afford to do. They have a growing amount of medical debt and also need to pay for costs of living, such as rent.
