Help Airamay get her stuff back

Hi, I'm known as Airamay. I work at home using my computer while I care for my child. However, recently my computer was destroyed. My kid had poured his drink all over it and fried the entire system. As such, I can't continue working as my old laptop is also barely manageable.  I would appreciate any help I can get buying my new system.
