Julia Staley is Wellington graduate and an Air Force Veteran who is currently self-employed as a private contractor for the military. She has two school aged children aged 14 and 7.
Julia has had surgery to remove cancer, but is scheduled to begin chemotherapy.
While she has VA Benefits that cover some medical expenses, she does have co-payments she is responsible for, and being self-employed, has had no income since the surgery and will have no income during chemotherapy treatments.
Donations will help pay for non-covered medical expenses, school expenses for the children, and household expenses while she undergoes further treatment and until she can return to work.
