I am Ahmed from Gaza, a father of four.
I was once a father who worked hard to provide my children with a warm home and a simple life with dignity, but the war took everything from me. I was shot and I still suffer from the pain. I lost my home and my livelihood in an instant.
Today, we live in a tattered tent that offers no protection from the rain or the cold. When it rains, my children's clothes and blankets get soaked, and we spend the night trying to salvage what little remains dry. I hear my children crying from the cold, and all I can do is hold them and pray.
My children don't ask for toys or luxuries… they only ask:
"Daddy, when will we be able to sleep without fear? When will we have a home?"
My heart breaks every day as I see them shivering and I am unable to protect them. My greatest pain is not my wound, but my helplessness as a father in the face of my children's tears.
With a broken heart, I implore you for help. Your donation, however small, can provide my children with safer shelter, blankets, and basic necessities to protect them from the cold and hunger.

أنا أحمد من غزة، أب لأربعة أطفال.
كنت يومًا أبًا يعمل ليؤمّن لأطفاله بيتًا دافئًا وحياة بسيطة بكرامة، لكن الحرب سلبتني كل شيء. أُصبت بطلق ناري، ولا زلت أعاني من الألم، وفقدت منزلي ومصدر رزقي في لحظة واحدة.
اليوم نعيش في خيمة ممزقة لا تقي من المطر ولا من البرد. عندما تهطل الأمطار، تتبلل ملابس أطفالي وأغطيتهم، ونقضي الليل نحاول إنقاذ ما تبقى جافًا. أسمع بكاء أطفالي من شدة البرد، ولا أملك سوى احتضانهم والدعاء.
أطفالي لا يسألون عن الألعاب، ولا عن الرفاهية… يسألون فقط:
«بابا، متى سننام دون خوف؟ متى سيكون لنا بيت؟»
قلبي ينكسر كل يوم وأنا أراهم يرتجفون ولا أستطيع حمايتهم. أكبر ألمي ليس جرحي، بل عجزي كأب أمام دموع أطفالي.
أطلب مساعدتكم بقلب مكسور، تبرعكم مهما كان بسيطًا يمكن أن يمنح أطفالي مأوى أكثر أمانًا، بطانيات، واحتياجات أساسية تحميهم من البرد والجوع.
