<div>Unfortunately at 6am on the 6th of August my brother slipped and fell from the 5th floor balcony of their hotel in Tenerife. He has suffered some very serious injuries as a result of this fall. He has broke 2 vertebrae in his spine, broke his right tibia and both ankles have shattered to pieces as he landed on them when he fell. He’s suffered a small cut to his forehead after hitting it on the concrete.

<div>He is currently undergoing multiple surgeries while out in Tenerife and will need multiple more when he’s finally able to come back to the UK. He could be out there for another 3 weeks or more receiving treatment before being fit enough to fly home. My mum and my sister and currently out there with him as they was celebrating an early Christmas and birthday present for him, he will be 22 on the 11th August.

<div>As you can imagine it is costing my family quite a bit in taxi and bus fares to go to the hospital and back to the hotel etc. they are half board at the hotel so have to purchase some food while they are out there. And when they come back to the UK my brother is going to need a lot of rehabilitation to learn how to walk again.

<div>Medical side of things can get expensive and travel and hotels will get expensive for my parents who will want to be with him throughout all this so he isn’t alone.

<div>My family would love your help and would forever be grateful for anything that you can spare! Asking for something like this is huge for us and would never dream of it but when a massive accident has just shifted our entire families lives, we don’t have loads of options.
