My life changed in an instant when I was mauled by a pitbull at the hotel where I was living. I stepped in to save a woman who was being attacked, and while I’m grateful she’s safe, the aftermath has left me in the hospital for nearly three weeks. The injuries I sustained mean I won’t be able to return to work for some time, and the uncertainty of what comes next is overwhelming. I was working every day to pay for my living expenses, and now, with my life on pause, I’m unsure how I’ll manage the basics.

 The funds raised here will go directly toward keeping a roof over my head, putting food on the table, covering transportation, and helping with mounting medical bills. Every bit of support will help me get through this difficult period and focus on healing, both physically and emotionally.
