Help Adarius Recover Funds from Dishonest Car Sale

My name is Adarius Wells, and I am a 23 year old Missouri native that is a semester away from graduation with a Bachelor's degree. 
In March of this year, I bought a vehicle from a buyer, who sold me a bad car, and  when I took him to court, I won. However,  he didn't show up, and I can't find his address/can't track him down to garnish his wages or receive my settlement. With tuition costs in the fall, and overall life expenses, $3000 goes a very long way. I know with everything going on in the world, finances are tight, but if could receive even a little help, it would go a long way for me. Thank you all for your help!
