Hello! My name is Abra Renee Garrard, and I’m a 16-year-old varsity cheer captain with a deep passion for performance, leadership, and service. I’ve been cheering for 5 years, proudly serving as varsity captain for the past 2, and performing for over a decade. I’m also a 3-time All-American cheerleade ran honor I’ve worked incredibly hard to earn.

This December, I’ve been given an amazing opportunity to travel to Hawaii to represent Varsity Spirit in the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade. Being selected to participate in this prestigious event is truly a dream come true, and I’m incredibly honored to stand among such talented athletes to honor our nation's history.

To make this trip possible, I’ve spent my summer working two jobs, and I’ll continue working through the school year all while preparing to graduate early. My parents are graciously helping to support me, but I’m also committed to covering part of the cost myself. My goal is to raise $5,000 to help fund my travel, accommodations, and participation expenses.

This experience means the world to me not only as a cheerleader, but as a young woman striving to make the most of her final year in high school. It’s my last year cheering, and I want to make every moment count, cherishing memories that will last a lifetime.
