The Program

After just four years of dedicated dance training, Aaron Azcona has been selected to participate in the prestigious iTheatrics Academy’s special projects program in New York City – a dream he has had since he began dancing. At iTheatrics, Aaron will work alongside some of the best directors, choreographers, and educators in the theater world, workshopping brand-new Broadway adaptations and original works for young performers. Not only will he be learning innovative choreography and advanced staging techniques in a state-of-the-art studio space in the heart of NYC, but this instruction will culminate in performances for major licensing companies like Music Theatre International and Concord Theatricals (the powerhouses behind countless Broadway hits)! This is the kind of experience that launches careers and transforms young artists forever.

At only 15 years old, Aaron has shown extraordinary growth through his unparalleled work ethic and passion for dance, earning recognition from experts with just 3 years of training. He’s dreamed of this specific opportunity since the day he first stepped into a dance studio, and his dedication has been nothing short of inspiring. His ultimate dream is to become a dance captain on Broadway or a principal dancer with a renowned ballet company. There’s no doubt that he will inspire the next generation of young dancers with his determination and love for the craft.
