Help Aaron regain Vitality

I met Aaron Parnell in June 2015 and he has changed my life.  How so?  He is a world class anatomist and massage therapist. Aaron is the creator of Reposturing, the practice of aligning and lengthening a person’s muscles to release body tension patterns to allow mobility and full range of movement. He has been my Reposturist for for the last three years. During this time, my aches and pains have disappeared and I have eased into a completely new walk. Anatomically, my muscles have been opened and relaxed bringing me back into my natural balance and stride. Joyfully, I can walk about 7 miles a day with ease. Twice a day, I do the exercises Aaron developed to reinforce and continue proper alignment, and when doing them, I give thanks to Aaron and how he has improved my life.

I recently received this message from Aaron a few weeks ago:

“I am in the hospital with a sub-arachnoid hematoma. It is life threatening. They watch me for several days, to figure out where and how to stop the bleeding and figure out what to do after that. I will be here in the hospital at least till Monday.  However, I might need to stay here significantly longer if they need more time to do their job. Overall I feel okay. My headache started out last Saturday night as a 15 on a 10 scale.  Now it’s hovering around the 5 mark.  However, when I move too fast, or if I exert myself, I get dizzy and could injure my brain and be a vegetable or die, and that would be bad.”

 I was shocked and speechless since Aaron always has such great energy... he is one of those rare people who raise you up with his positive outlook on life. I clicked on the link about his injury; it may have been caused by an aneurysm and he has a 45% chance of dying in the first 30 days. On May 8, he was able to leave the hospital and is currently recuperating for at least the next 30 days. He isn’t able to read or watch TV yet, and mostly, needs to rest and sleep.

Aaron has dedicated his life to better the lives of countless of people, like you and me, and he needs our help immediately.  He needs to continue to rest and recover to be able to return to his life’s passion.
