Help Aaron Allan get cataract surgery

Donation protected
Many of you know Aaron Allan.  Aaron is a songwriter, philosopher, storyteller and D.J.  He is one of the last remaining links to the golden age of country music.  He has had songs recorded by Willie Nelson, Claude Gray and many others.  He is in the Texas Music Hall of Fame for his 50+ years as a DJ.  He is, simply, a Texas National Treasure.  Now he needs your help.  He desperately needs cataract surgery on  both eyes or he will go completely blind.  Without his vision, Aaron cannot read or write songs - the two things that form the very foundation of his life.  The surgery is not covered by Medicare - his only insurance.  We need to raise $5,000 for the surgeon, and another estimated $1,700 for related costs (plus the fees for the GoFundMe campaign).  Aaron is scheduled for surgery on his left eye on January 28, 2021, his 92nd birthday.  He is scheduled for surgery on his right eye on February 11, 2021.  Funds are due at time of service.  Please help me help Aaron.  We need to give back to this man who has given so much to Texas Music.  Help make his remaining golden years brighter.   I will make sure Aaron knows you helped.  THANK YOU for showing your love!  John Gilliam a/k/a "Missoula Slim."
