<div>Kara is a young mother of a 5 year old boy and works as an educator at an oral school for the deaf where she teaches deaf children to speak. She loves being a mother and is very passionate about her career as a specialized early educator.

<div>Unfortunately, this past month she was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer and is scheduled for emergency surgery next week. As you can imagine, there are going to be significant out-of-pocket medical expenses associated with her surgery and recovery.
