Help a young family fallen victim to an arsonist
The pictures tell the sad story of Attila, Ramona and Kristof Kuthi, how they lost everything in a heartless arson.
The parents worked extremely hard to create a safe home for their family. With all their savings, government support and a crippling mortgage they were able to buy this humble little house in a rural area of Hungary at an auction.
The previous owner's son borrowed money from the bank with her as his guarantor. He didn't pay the monthly instalments and the bank seized the house.
She was so desperate that she decided that if she is unable to keep the property nobody can have it. She set the four corners of the house on fire, sat in the garden and watched it burn to the ground. Also, left a gas container inside to make sure the explosion completely destroys the house.
And this is exactly what happened. Both the house and the hopes and dreams of this young family are completely destroyed.
Their devastation peaked when they found out that the insurance doesn't cover arson, they will have non of their money back.
Now they live at a kind family member's single bedroom and paying the mortgage of he house they don't have.
They earn £650 per month as full time factory workers and pay most of it toward the mortgage and essentials for their one year old son.
Due to this selfish action of the previous owner they lost their one and only chance to own a family home.
I am asking you to donate this fundraising to help this devastated family to a fresh start and redeem their hopes.
I set £10000 as a target as this would be enough for Attila and Ramona to buy a property.
I know them as hard-working and humble people. All they want is a roof above their head in a remote village in Hungary, to create a safe and warm home for their son Kristof.
Please help them to make their dream come true and change the end of the story to 'they lived happily ever after'.
