<div>Inspired by the Waray term "Paglaum," meaning "Hope," Project Paglaum empowers a deserving senior student from Catubig, Northern Samar, Philippines, to pursue her dreams of graduating from the Special Education program. <strong>The student, whose financial limitations threatened her aspirations, will now have access to a Bachelor of Special Needs Education at St. Scholastica's College, Manila.</strong>
