<div>I’m a single mom doing everything I can to keep a roof over my daughter’s head and continue working from home to support us. I’ve always been independent and strong, but lately, it’s been a fight just to stay above water.

<div>My landlord is trying to evict us, even though I’m following every legal step through the Landlord and Tenant Board. I’ve fallen a bit behind on rent for October and November — not because I don’t care, but because I’ve been juggling everything on my own. I’m self-employed, and every dollar that comes in goes right back out to cover food, bills, and the basics to keep us going.

<div>I’ve paid everything I possibly can, even when it means going without things like my phone, which is now two months behind. The stress has been overwhelming — mentally, physically, emotionally. I’m exhausted, but I’m still fighting, because this is our home. If we lose it, I lose my job, my income, and my daughter loses the only stability she knows.

<div>Right now, I just need help to get over this hump. Anything you can give helps more than you know:
