Help a single dad get out of bankruptcy

My name is Kate Summers, and my Dad is David Summers. My Dad owns his own company but since Covid-19 and quarantine he has not been getting many purchases. This has caused us to lose all of our money. He is struggling to pay for the necessities such as food, clothes and rent. We may have to sell our car and maybe even our dog.
