These proceedings are ongoing, and out of respect for the court process, I cannot share specific details or make legal accusations here. What I can share is that I am doing everything in my power to ensure safety, stability, and consistency for my children during this time.

<div>Like many survivors navigating the legal system, I am facing this on my own as I am living in a state with no family or support system. I haven't been able to secure an attorney through legal aid because their caseload is full. I can't afford to pay for an attorney on my own. I have had to go to court twice now and represent myself, and it has directly impacted my children since I have no legal counsel, potentially putting them at risk.
