<div><strong>Help a Devoted Mother Fight for Custody and Reunite With Her Daughter</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This holiday season, while many families are preparing to spend time with the people they love most, Margaret is fighting just to be with Scarlett again.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Margaret has been left with no choice but to pursue legal action due to the father deciding to back out of their agreed-upon visiting arrangement. He has kept Scarlett from being back in Margaret's care for over 4 months and counting.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Entering a complex multi-state custody battle requires two attorneys, one in each state. The legal fees alone are overwhelming, but Margaret is determined to fight for her daughter. All she needs now is the strength and support of a caring community behind her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why Your Support Matters</strong>
</div>
<div>Legal battles of this scale are incredibly costly, especially for a single mother. Every dollar raised will go directly toward:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Retaining two experienced child-custody attorneys
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Filing fees and court costs
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Travel expenses required for hearings and appointments
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring she has the representation needed to protect Scarlett's well-being
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your generosity can make the difference between Scarlett and Margaret being able to continue living their life in Nevada with the support of friends &amp; family or being forced to move to Texas.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>December is a difficult month for everyone. Budgets are stretched, holiday stress is high, and yet—it is also the season where compassion shines brightest. <strong>If you can give even a small amount, it brings her one step closer to standing before a judge with the legal support she needs, backed by the community that knows what a loving, supportive mother she has become.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is a moment where community can show its true power. Let’s help Margaret reclaim her voice and a single mom! If you can’t donate, sharing this campaign is still a huge act of kindness. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for standing with her in this fight.
