Help a local couple with shelter

URGENT: a lot of you all may recognize this lovely man as he rides his bike around Eldersburg. Years ago I had the pleasure of working with him. He has since married and had a child (1 y/o boy) who is currently being cared for by a family member. This couple is facing extreme hardship and is in need of a room to rent. They both are working in Eldersburg, but have no place to stay and the wife just had all of her clothes stolen. They are both deaf and exceptionally kind, hard-workers. Please message me if you are able to provide housing for this couple at a low cost budget is $400 or less for a room to rent.
