Hello, my name is Alexandria, and I’m reaching out to you with a mother’s most desperate plea: please help me fight to get my children back. After struggling with substance abuse for a long time, I made the decision to change—for myself and for the ones I love most: my children. I successfully completed rehab, took all the parenting and recovery classes required, and have remained sober and committed to a better life. I’m now living in a halfway house, actively working on myself one day at a time, and even starting my own nonprofit organization called Family Preservation Services to help others who’ve been through what I’ve faced.
Despite all my progress, I have been wronged by the system. I haven’t spoken to or seen my children in almost three months, a direct violation of my parental rights. I’ve never spent a day without them until now—and it’s unbearable. The court has unfairly judged me, saying I’m not good enough—but I am. I am fighting every single day to be the mother my children need and deserve. I will not stop until they are back in my arms.
But I can’t do this alone. I urgently need to hire a lawyer who believes in my story, my recovery, and my right to raise my children. The deadline is mid-August, and without legal representation, I risk losing them forever.
Please, if you’ve ever known the love of a child—or the pain of being separated from them—consider donating. Every dollar goes toward legal fees and the fight to bring my family back together. And if you can’t give, please share this with someone who can.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support means more than I could ever express.
With love and hope,
Alexandria McClure
