Dear friends and loved ones of the Hart’s,
This fundraiser has been set up in an effort to help offset the cost of medical, living, and travel expenses for Dan Hart and his family.

All funds raised will go directly to the Hart’s in hopes of easing some of these unfortunate financial burdens that have now been placed upon this beautiful, young family.
The day after Christmas, Dan suffered a stoke, leaving his speech impaired and the right side of his body without full range of feeling. It has since been discovered that the cause of his condition is due to an inoperable blood clot found deep within his brain as well as several others, along with a hole, in his heart.
Due to the need for immediate extensive treatment, Dan has been transferred to a hospital in Boston where he will be in the care of cardiac and neurological specialists who can provide him with the appropriate care necessary in hopes of a positive recovery.
If you can find it in your heart to donate to this incredible family during their greatest time of need, there is no amount of gratitude that can properly be conveyed to express how grateful we all are.
