Hi, My name is Danni. Some people may recall me as Chooke, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart for myself and my three beautiful children. Patricia 12, Indianna 9 and Sonny 6.

We recently suffered the unimaginable loss of my husband (31)—the loving father of our children in late January. His sudden passing has turned our lives upside down. On top of our heartbreak, we’re now facing overwhelming financial hardship. Our car and motorbikes are being repossessed this month, leaving us with limited transportation and the last present we got our children (Motorbikes) gone. We have had to move out of our home due to financial hardship.

The stress and trauma have been worsened by continued family violence, making it difficult for us to grieve in peace or feel safe.

We’ve lost so much—but I refuse to let my children lose their sense of hope.

As you may be aware a 'Go fund me' campaign was set up in January, with no pending date for a decision.

After the funds raised, were contested in February, requiring my consent for $12,498 to be taken from the initial purpose of the fundraiser to assist myself and the children.

As I declined to agree the funds being split, They are held up with legal professionals.

People have also withdrawn donations after hideous degrading phone calls from community members.

I can confirm I have currently received $0.

I can also confirm that there's many rumours that are nothing more than disgusting lies being spread about myself though the community.

I have stayed silent to protect my peace and do not intend on engaging in low level behaviour and hatred. I have no need to defend myself as it's pure lies and I intend to continue to protect myself and my children's peace in this difficult time trying to survive each passing day.
