Help a father get his children back!

My name is James , I’m a single father of two beautiful children, recovered addict and victim of violent crime leaving me forever troubled with TBI. 13 years ago I moved to the Sacramento area to find support with some familiar problems. I had to go through studious scrutiny as to my mental health, and ability to care for and raise children. I was cleared and In the process became a youth minister for new discovery Christian church.

In the 13 years that I’ve lived here my kids and I built ourselves from nothing. 
Sadly, I married an awesome woman’s daughter thinking that love was there and it wasn’t. Her brother’s addictions became a problem When his child was born and CPS was called by The hospital staff, causing him to seek me out for both support in getting his child out of the agencies hands, and to be his sponsor in recovery.  Sadly this Insulted his father and The matriarchy that secretly rules the family by deception.
I put all my trust in my wife, and allowed her and her family to make decisions that Eventually made it so she could throw me and my two children out of the house via fraud and force.

Sadly they have Deep rooted privilege in her family line. There were people they involved who were put in my life by the very people who are responsible for keeping children safe. Those people used the assumption of right that comes with being both gay and foster parents to subvert the polices ability to do their job.
 
Long story short they Both caused an incident at my budding church. They recorded themselves doing it, as well as recorded themselves calling the police on the brother-in-law that showed up who I told them was coming. In the recording they complain about the police's lack of response time to an incident that they made. The man had a gun and when the police got there they still sided with my attackers.
 
The family court systems are completely fraudulent.The judge said “The truth is not a valid defense in this court of law. “My truck broke down and I had to relinquish my dog back to my ex so I was completely destroyed.
Crying in the courthouse and basically begging them to do the right thing, they didn’t. Instead they granted my ex private audience with the judge and persecuted before the untruths she told .
 
I ended up having to ask the state for help, even going to the justice department multiple times as my civil rights had been definitively violated; to which they agreed but told me they needed a state agency to file a complaint in order for the justice department do their job. I asked the state for help, and instantly started being extorted by the state as well.
 
I’ve spent all my money on attorneys fees, the burdens of this case, and the burdens of being homeless.The state knowingly stretched my funds beyond their limits and refused to do any of their tasks in a timely manner, all while attempting to slow my progress down as well.
 
I filled the service required of me by the state nine months ago.Now I’ve been in limbo while they milk the upper government for every tax dollar they can get in the name of my family, but refuse me service .
 
Now , The only barrier keeping my children from coming home is our homelessness.Even when I finalize the services required of me nine months ago, I requested the state initiate the reunification process and allow me to talk to my kids about where we were going to live. I had a good income and a surplus of cash. Instead of working with me, they nailed all my attorneys time up and refused to work with him in a respectable fashion.
 
Now I’m broke ... behind on everything and bewildered as to how to get my life back.
