Help a family through their son's kidney cancer

My sister-in-law called me today to share that her 4 year old son, Christian, has kidney cancer. We facetimed from the hospital room where she could barely speak due to the intensity of the situation. I asked what I could do to help and she had no words.
The Backstory
My sister-in-law is really my ex boyfriend’s sister, but we are very close. She calls me cuñada and I call her the same. Her kids call me tía Sara. They lived with me for the better part of 2018.
My sister-in-law, her husband, and two young children, live in rural Massachusetts, where the hospital is an hour drive away. She and her husband cannot drive. So far, the hospital has been sending them to and from appointments using Uber, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her daughter, Ana, is home very worried about what might happen to her little brother Christian.
On top of this, they are an immigrant family where neither parent speaks English.
They are a one income household with two children, Ana (7) and Christian (4). The dad’s normal restaurant work has been interrupted due to the pandemic, and thus he is only able to work odd jobs to make ends meet. That is now their only source of income.
My sister-in-law is completely alone in this, caring for a son with kidney cancer, as well as her daughter. This family has little to no support system.
Please give what you can. This family has major obstacles in caring for their son in a healthy way at home with so little resources. The money will be a welcome blessing at this time and be used to support the child and family in their healing. They are just beginning this journey.
