Help A Family In Their Time of Need

The Story:
On May 7, 2017, Amber received a terrifying phone call from her 15 year old son telling her that Jeremy had just woken up from a nap and was paralyzed from the chest down. Jeremy was taken by ambulance to our nearest hospital and then transferred and taken into emergency surgery. He had a severely ruptured disc in his neck that was almost cutting off his spinal cord. After a hospital stay, inpatient rehab, and about 6 months of outpatient therapy, Jeremy seemed to be doing much better but was deamed disabled by the state of Indiana.
Jeremy was diagnosed with Spondylosis when he was younger that later morphed into Spondylolisthesis. Basically the deterioration of his spinal cord, discs, and vertibrae. He had his first surgery when he was 25.
While waiting on a disability hearing, Amber had been their family's only means of financial support. She had been working as a CNA at a local nursing facility and making sure Jeremy got to and from his appointments and to therapy. While she was working, Jeremy had been keeping their younger two girls (Maggie 2 and Marley 4) during the day.
On May 14, 2018, she received an emergency phone call from Jeremy while she was at work. He had really bad chest pain and passed out, hitting his neck on the counter. He was paralyzed on his left side, laying on the kitchen floor, their two younger daughters were home with him at that time.  Amber explained that she had to leave and explained the emergency and rushed home.
Jeremy was taken by ambulance to our local hospital and transferred to a larger hospital that dealt with trauma. As she was following the ambulance, Amber received a devastating facebook message that her job had been terminated. She left two hours early due to a family emergency. After three or four days, he started to regain feeling and movement in his left arm and hand. He was transferred back to our local hospital and was admitted into inpatient rehab. During his stay, he began getting stronger but the feeling never came back in his left leg and his seizures began.
On June 9th, Jeremy was transferred into the nursing home for 24 hour care and therapy. He still has no feeling in his left leg and although his upper body is much stronger, he still relies on his wheelchair to get around. He has seizures often and will be seeing a neurologist in September to hopefully get them under control.
Ambers hopes are to be able to eventually bring him home and care for him here and is currently working to make that happen. We all believe that getting out of the nursing home and being around his family would help with his rehabilitation. Together, they have 4 children and 1 on the way (due on November 18th).

If anyone knows Amber, she is the strongest most loving woman out there that would do anything for anyone!!! This family NEEDS our support!!!! Amber is doing everything she can to get Jeremy home with his family, taking care of the children, while growing a precious life and trying to maintain the household! Tradgedy can strike anyone at anytime, this could be any of us! Lets rally around them and help them get through this trying time! Anything helps!! If you cant donate, at least share to get this out there!

Also hoping to get a golf scramble set up, will update about that when we know if anyone would be interested in participating in that!

THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!
